HOW TO ENROLL
Sign-up in 3 easy steps
First things first. To sign-up for e-billing, you need to activate your online account in the Customer Portal. If you haven’t done so already, visit the portal registration page to activate your access, and then follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Login to your portal account
Visit the Portal Login Page and sign in using your email address and password.
Step 2
Activate e-Billing
Once you are logged into the portal, under My Account, click E-Bill Options. This opens the e-Billing settings page. Use the drop-down menu to change your setting from Paper Bill to Email Bill (E-Bill). Click Go.
Step 3
Confirm Enrollment
The system will verify your e-Billing enrollment by sending a confirmation to the email address that you provided during setup. Follow the email's instructions to confirm the change.
Note: You can unsubscribe to e-Billing by updating your preferences through the Portal Login Page at any time by changing your setting from Email Bill (e-Bill) to Paper Bill and clicking “Go”.
