Pay by pre-authorized payments

Never miss another payment. Simply sign-up for pre-authorized payments (PAP) and relax. Keep track of your payments and usage activity anytime by accessing your account on the Customer Portal, so you're always in the know and in control.

Setup Pre-authorized Payments

Pay at a bank

Pay online, by telephone or in person through your bank or financial institution. Please choose "PowerStream Energy Services" from the payee list when sending payments.

Pay by credit card

PowerStream Energy Services offers payment by credit card though the PLASTIQ Business Payment Platform.

Financial support programs

Keeping the lights on

See if you qualify for the Ontario Electricity Support Program which assists low-income households with their electricity costs. You can lower your energy bills with programs like the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and the Emergency Financial Assistance Program.
