What is PowerStream Energy Services?

PowerStream Energy Service is a utility billing provider that delivers sub-metering services to multi-unit buildings. Typically these buildings, like condos, can receive electricity, water, gas and thermal (BTU) from a bulk provider. PowerStream Energy Services measures the individual unit consumption, so you only pay for the energy that you use.

What is the billing frequency?

Bills are issued on a monthly basis.

A tenant is moving into my unit, what needs to be done?

As a unit owner, you and your tenant should complete a Tenant Enrollment/Confirmation Form here.

How do I enroll or create a new online account?

You create a new account here. You will be asked a few questions to confirm your details and create your online account. The entire process will take less than 2 minutes to complete.

Can I see my bills?

Your billing and payment information can be accessed online through the customer portal. You can access this information by logging into the customer portal with your account number and password. If this is your first time logging on, you can activate your account here.

I made a payment but it hasn't shown up on my most recent bill, why?

If you made a payment close to when your next bill was printed, it may not have been received in time for us to include on the bill print. If that is the case, you can check your account balance through the customer portal or contact our customer service team.

Can PowerStream Energy Services provide a credit reference letter?
